Daily Green Smoothie Recipe

Rev up your day with a delicious green smoothie for breakfast. This is a basic green smoothie guide that you can adapt to your tastes. This is a recipe for 1 serving.


The Basics:

  • 2 cups fresh washed spinach
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 cup frozen* fruit of choice
  • 1 banana

Optional Ingredients:

  • A scoop of protein powder of choice
  • Hemp Seeds or other raw nuts for creaminess
  • Hemp seed oil or coconut oil for good fats to help fuel your morning
  • Cacao or cocoa when you’re in the mood for chocolate
  • Cinnamon for a warm, comforting flavor profile
  • Other superfoods. Play around with it!


1. Blend spinach, frozen fruit, banana, and water until smooth.

2. Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

*Your fruit doesn’t have to be frozen but your smoothie will be thicker (and obviously colder) when you use frozen fruit.
