Personal Lifestyle Coaching


There is no cookie cutter nutrition plan that works for everyone. What works for someone you know may fall short in supporting your goals. My personalized Nutrition and Support Program is tailored to YOU and makes prioritizing health convenient and practical.

During our initial 90 minute consultation via phone or Skype, we will determine which key areas require more focus to improve the state of your mind and body. We will discuss your health history and blood work (when available) as well as your personal food preferences, travel schedule, social and work commitments, family life, and time constraints. We will partner to create a realistic, individual nutrition plan that fits YOUR life.  At the end of our initial consult, we will have a plan in place to help you begin your journey towards better health.

Nutritional Session Follow Up:

Follow up sessions are 45 minutes via phone or Skype. Sessions are schedule on a bi-weekly basis. On alternate week, we will have a 15-20 minute power call. Below is the format of our follow up sessions.

During our 45 minute sessions we will:

  • Review your progress based on your plan and goals
  • Troubleshoot obstacles
  • Discuss special topics
    • Food preparation
    • Shopping
    • Portions
    • Eating out
    • Exercise
    • Nutritional supplements
    • Review food logs
    • Set new short term goals

Your plan is dynamic and can be recreated to keep you focused and successful!

During our off-week 20 minute power call we will:

  • Review your progress based on your plan and goals
  • Troubleshoot obstacles or immediate challenges
  • Review food log highlights
  • Recommit to short term goals
