Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.  I am a professional nutrition and lifestyle coach, I am also a wife and mother—a REAL woman, just like you! My goal is to offer other real women PERSONAL, POSITIVE, and POWERFUL coaching.

My philosophy is “We have to eat food, so we might as well learn how to eat it!”


I became a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach partly because nutrition, fitness, and positive mindset have always been a way of life for me and partly because I wanted to help see their real value in life was more than a number on the scale and a number in the pants. I am passionate about helping women overcome their health challenges to live the life they deserve. We deserve the opportunity to enjoy whole life health.

I have been working in the Health and Wellness industry for over 20 years, and specialize in nutrition, fitness, sports performance, mindset shift, and lifestyle.  I love working with women of all age groups, however, my specialty is women 40+. Many of us want strong, health bodies but developed insecurities and negative beliefs that hold us back. My clients all want a fitter, healthier body and more energy to enjoy life to the fullest.  I often hear clients say, “I just want me back!” Empowering clients to GET THEIR ME BACK! is my specialty!

I am Board Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I received my degree in Holistic Health and Nutrition from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I hold certifications in Lifestyle Education and Advance Sports Nutrition. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer with expertise in marathon and strength training, conditioning, and body mechanics. For over 20 years, I have participated in a variety of competitive fitness events as both competitor and Nutrition Coach. I have a BA in Organizational Development with an emphasis on Human Development and Leadership.
